After graduation from veterinary school, she completed a rotating large animal internship at Texas A&M University. During this internship she worked in all aspects of medicine and surgery with all large animal species. Amanda Jo joined the staff of the New Jersey Equine Clinic in July 2012 in order to focus specifically on equine medicine and surgery. She plans to pursue a residency in equine surgery after completing her internship at the New Jersey Equine Clinic.
